Operations Manager– Hospitality Location: Fort Worth, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation : $70–80K annually + bonus incentives Lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing organization. Serenity is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all interactions. About the Role As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring workflows run efficiently and consistently. You’ll play a key role in creating a structured, high-performing environment where both team members and clients have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow execution Lead, coach, and develop team members while holding them accountable to performance standards Monitor key performance metrics and use data to drive improvements Ensure a consistent, professional, and supportive experience for every client Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance Maintain a structured, organized, and results-driven environment Requirements 10+ years of operations, management, or people leadership experience Proven ability to manage performance, metrics, and process improvement Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Nice-to-Haves Experience in service-based operations (hospitality, retail, or similar) Background in multi-unit or high-growth environments Experience leading teams through change, growth, or scaling operations Pay & Benefits $70–80K annual salary + bonus incentives 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan 10 PTO days (15 after the first year) + 10 paid holidays Advancement opportunities as the organization continues to grow About Serenity Serenity is a growing organization focused on delivering structured programs and high-quality experiences through a people-first approach.
