What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Repair or replace machine components and test equipment for proper operation.
• Complete maintenance work orders using the MaintainX maintenance management system.
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and other protective equipment.

Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday
• Overtime available based on business needs
