Litigation Attorney

A respected, regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Columbus office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated civil litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle a variety of civil defense litigation matters, commercial, transportation, and casualty litigation Manage cases through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Prepare and respond to written discovery Conduct depositions and assist with case strategy Communicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy Evaluate liability and damages and assist with developing case recommendations Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio 3+ years of civil litigation experience Background in defense litigation, particularly corporate/business or employment matters preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to join a reputable firm with a strong litigation practice and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr JurisTemps, Inc.
