Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a meaningful role supporting students’ communication growth in the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. We’re seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for contract positions across various school sites near Spring, TX. Full-time, on-site professionals are needed to provide essential services and make a genuine impact within educational settings.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (please provide a screenshot with your application)
- SLPAs must hold current licensure; this opportunity does not support supervision towards licensure
- Previous school-based SLP/SLPA experience is required
- Open to on-site candidates only; remote work is not available
- SLP-Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not eligible for this role
- Availability for a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and speech-language intervention to students, tailored to individual IEP goals and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Complete timely documentation, progress monitoring, and required reports
- Engage in the school community, advocating for student communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as appropriate
Additional Assignment Details:
- Contract runs from July 30, 2026 to May 28, 2027
- Multiple school placements and grade levels available
- Reliable transportation is necessary due to varied campus assignments
- Laptop purchase required (reimbursed as part of your package)
- Candidates must complete district fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
