Recruitment Coordinator

Our client in Midtown, Manhattan seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recruitment support experience. Must have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills. Contract role 4-6 months Pay rate: $30-35/hr Onsite 3-4 days/week Responsibilities Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and logistics for recruitment team. Prepare and maintain recruiting materials, trackers, and applicant profiles. Support event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and attendee materials. Assist with professional development initiatives, including training sessions and strategy meetings. Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices and reimbursements for recruiting activities. Maintain Talent materials on internal systems and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with team members to enhance recruiting and professional development processes. Provide support for onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 1 year of recruitment support experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
