Warehouse Administrator - Full Time - Gloucester

Warehouse Administrator required in Gloucester, paying £13.47 per hour, Temp Ongoing Contract, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of a busy and growing distribution company based in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly warehouse and logistics team on a temporary ongoing basis, with full time hours and training provided. The successful candidate will complete a shadowing period during their first week to ensure a smooth and supported onboarding process. The Role: Processing customer orders and updating warehouse management systems. Booking goods in and out of the warehouse. Completing and checking delivery documentation. Raising purchase orders, delivery notes and dispatch paperwork. Updating stock records and investigating stock discrepancies. Liaising with warehouse operatives, drivers and customers. Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally. Inputting accurate data onto internal systems. Supporting transport and logistics planning activities. Maintaining filing systems and administrative records. Assisting with general office and warehouse administration duties. Following company health & safety and operational procedures at all times. What We’re Looking For: Previous administration, warehouse administration or logistics experience is beneficial. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Professional and positive approach to work. Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
