In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our insurance services and providing essential support to our busy agent. Responsibilities: Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records. Run various errands for the agent, both personal and business-related. Examples of errands include picking up supplies, visiting the post office, taking dogs to the groomers, handling mail, and picking up groceries for the business owner. Assist with scheduling personal trips and managing the agent's calendar. Conduct research tasks to support business operations. Coordinate and organize repairs for properties, including those related to rentals. Provide administrative support for insurance-related tasks. Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
