ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked in government contracting with a staffing agency. I’m originally from Maine and graduated from the University of Maine before moving to Florida in 2020. Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud dad of three daughters, and our family also includes a dog. Giving back and staying connected locally are important to me. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce, mentor young people through a local program, and volunteer with Bread of the Mighty Food Bank around the holidays. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
