Shipping and Receiving Associates consolidate equipment and products for outgoing shipments and inspect the quality of incoming materials. This role requires working in a team environment and demands strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that items are shipped on schedule. Associates must be able to operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing plant. While primarily assigned to the warehouse, they may also collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control.
