Massage Therapy Program Director

Alto Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Massage Therapy Program Director for an opportunity in Richmond, VA . This role will provide academic and operational leadership for the Massage Therapy program while supporting faculty, students, and overall program quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Massage Therapy program.
• Support the development and growth of the program and its student population.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and campus leadership to support student success.
• Ensure the program operates in accordance with applicable academic, professional, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective relationships with academic, business, and regulatory personnel.
• Support curriculum implementation and program effectiveness.
• Foster a positive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Address program needs and challenges using strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional industry experience in massage therapy.
• Current and valid MBLEx certification .
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to interact successfully with academic, business, and regulatory personnel.

Compensation

Salary: $52,000–$55,000 per year
