Flexible spending and health savings accounts. Responsibilities Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures, holding staff accountable for their respective roles. Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention, and treatment options, and support clinical affiliations and relationships with educational institutions. Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses and make recommendations for salary adjustments. Possess in‑depth knowledge of state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for program reimbursement, business standards, legal issues, and documentation requirements, and apply them to program operations and departments. Provide patient care and celebrate the accomplishments of staff and patients. Qualifications Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology. BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program. Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate degree in a professional or management area is preferred. Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role.
