We help people build confidence, situational awareness, and decision‑making under pressure through advanced simulation and scenario‑based learning. Every membership you enroll directly impacts someone’s ability to protect themselves and the people they care about. Programs may include self‑defense and firearms‑related elements, all delivered in a structured, controlled environment. We are hiring ahead of our opening in Sugar Land. No prior experience in personal safety or firearms is required. This is a performance‑driven sales role, not a typical retail or gym job. Two Phases, One Role Before we open: Enroll founding members during a limited presale window where urgency drives decisions. After we open: Run live demos, convert walk‑ins and appointments, and grow membership. What You’ll Do Run live training demos and consultations Convert demo participants into members Maintain consistent, disciplined follow‑up throughout the sales process Prospects experience the product firsthand through demos, making the sales process more natural and effective. The product does a lot of the selling—you guide the decision. You’ll be supported with a steady flow of leads, but top performers separate themselves through consistent follow‑up and closing ability.
