Role Description The Restaurant Operations Management role at Waffle House, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Carrollton, GA. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing service standards, monitoring food quality and safety, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. The manager schedules and leads Associates, supports hiring and training, and provides coaching to maintain high performance and strong customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring costs, supporting budgeting and sales targets, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves upholding company policies, reinforcing Waffle House culture, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace where team members can grow their careers. Qualifications Restaurant operations and supervisory skills, including team leadership, shift management, and staff scheduling. Experience in customer service and guest relations, with the ability to handle issues and maintain a hospitable dining environment. Basic financial and operational skills, such as inventory control, cost management, and understanding of sales metrics. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate diverse teams. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred; supervisory experience in other customer-facing industries is beneficial.
