The posted compensation range of $62.94 - $95.71 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Details
Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Nurse Manager Perioperative Services at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, you'll oversee ~80 surgical services staff and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organization's goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.
Glendale Hospital has 8 operating rooms, and on average we perform 300+ surgeries per month. Our surgical specialties include; Open Heart/Vascular, Neuro/Spine, Orthopedics, General, Robotics, OB/GYN, Colorectal, Urology, and GI.

We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.
Job Requirements Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
