Location: San Francisco, CA
Annual salary: up to 195K 100% remote or Hybrid job opportunity Our client is searching for a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join their team. We are a thriving, client-focused family law practice dedicated to providing high-caliber legal representation in all areas of domestic relations. We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our collaborative team and help clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence, dignity, and strength.
What You Will Do
Manage a Dynamic Caseload: Handle all aspects of domestic relations cases from initial client consultation through final resolution, including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, visitation, spousal support, and property division.
Advocate in Court: Represent clients effectively in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
Draft Legal Documents: Prepare comprehensive pleadings, motions, separation agreements, parenting plans, and discovery requests with meticulous attention to detail.
Provide Strategic Counsel: Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and realistic outcomes, helping them make informed decisions during emotionally charged situations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated family law or civil litigation experience.
Licensure: Active license to practice law in good standing.
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Organization: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
