California Licensed Mortgage Manager

Managing the Home Loan production and member experience for the in-market Home Loan Advisor Team, the full-time California Licensed Mortgage Manager will develop strategies to enhance market share, oversee team performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while working onsite in San Jose, CA. Key responsibilities Manage the production, pipeline, and service levels of the In-Market Home Loan Advisors Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the credit union's home loan market position Coach and motivate the Mortgage Loan Originator team to achieve or exceed origination goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Five years or more of home loan origination experience, with at least two years in a management role Current MLO/NMLS Registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act Strong knowledge of home loan products, fulfillment processes, and relevant regulations Proven leadership abilities with a track record of meeting service and origination goals
