Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex projects, and is passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout
• Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Lead coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively solving issues
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff
• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Drive client satisfaction through strong relationship management and consistent delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large scale commercial or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project controls
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with subcontractor management and client-facing communication
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience working in Design-Build environments
• Background in healthcare, higher education, or complex commercial projects
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
