Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift

Location: Anoka/Ramsey, MN

Shift: 1st Shift (Flexible start: 6 AM – 8 AM)

Pay: $19-23/hr

Job Overview

We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers to build large equipment from start to finish in a clean, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools and assembling products.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical equipment using hand & power tools

• Read blueprints and work instructions

• Perform basic soldering and assist with brazing

• Work with both small and large parts (lifting required)

• Partner with a small team to complete full builds

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience

✅ Comfortable using tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, etc.)

✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift

✅ Basic blueprint reading skills

✅ Team player with attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
