What You'll Do
- Assemble chiller units following detailed work instructions and build specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly documentation
- Support production with general shop tasks, including:
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Packaging and shrink wrapping finished units
- Material handling and staging
- Assist with sheet metal fabrication (loading/unloading machines)
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
- Cross-train in additional areas, including custom unit assembly
What You Bring
Required:
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
Preferred:
- Experience with electrical wiring or schematics
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Experience in manufacturing or production

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ramsey, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
