Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $160,000 – $175,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Outlets to lead multiple luxury food & beverage venues within one of New York City’s most elevated hospitality environments.

This role is ideal for a polished hospitality executive with extensive experience leading multi-outlet operations within luxury hotels, private member clubs, or highly regarded fine dining groups.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of operational sophistication, financial acumen, elevated service leadership, and a passion for developing exceptional teams.

Position Overview

The Director of Outlets will oversee the strategic and day-to-day leadership of multiple food and beverage venues, ensuring excellence in guest experience, operational performance, service consistency, and team development.

This leader will work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue, optimize performance, strengthen culture, and elevate every aspect of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple dining, lounge, and bar outlets
• Drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and develop outlet leaders and management teams
• Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and professional growth
• Ensure flawless service execution and elevated guest engagement
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency
• Oversee scheduling, staffing strategy, and labor optimization
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance across all venues
• Support private events, seasonal activations, and promotional initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve outlet performance and guest satisfaction
• Implement training programs that reinforce service excellence and operational consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior food & beverage leadership experience
• Luxury hotel, private club, or high-end hospitality experience required
• Proven success overseeing multiple outlets simultaneously
• Strong financial ownership including P&L, forecasting, and labor controls
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing leadership teams
• Extensive food, wine, and beverage knowledge
• Experience with operational systems, reservation platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment
