Essential Duties and Knowledge: Responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and coaching instruction. Takes care of sports equipment. Mentores athletes. Able to communicate with the athletes effectively. Able to resolve team issues. Demonstrates professionalism. Fosters a positive environment. Has working knowledge of interscholastic athletic program regulations. Plans coaching sessions. Liaison with the schools and instructors. Communicates with the families of the athletes when necessary.
