Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor

An Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor plays a key role in the operation of our restaurants and has accountability for helping the General Manager direct the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations. This includes, but is not limited to: responsibility for maintaining company standards of excellence by focusing on providing the highest quality food and the best customer service possible, assisting as needed by the General Manager in hiring new Team Members and Delivery Drivers. An Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor is also responsible for training and motivating staff, assigning tasks, managing the flow of food service activity, and building a positive and safe work environment and other duties as required or assigned.
