Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a long-term private-duty case in Murrieta, CA.
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday
- 10–11-hour daytime shifts
- Start time between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
- Approximately 20–22 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Feeding assistance
- Incontinence and perineal care
- Turning and repositioning every 2–3 hours
- Transfers using an electric Hoyer lift
- Skin-integrity and safety monitoring
- Maintaining the patient’s privacy and dignity
- Completing accurate nursing documentation
The patient is alert and verbal but non-ambulatory and primarily bedbound. No tracheostomy, G-tube, oxygen, or respiratory treatments are required.
Requirements:
- Current California LVN license
- Current BLS certification
- Recent TB test and physical examination
- Professional liability insurance
- Live Scan/background clearance
- Reliable transportation
- Private-duty or home-care experience preferred
Position Type: Part-time, W-2
Schedule: Weekends only
