Duration: 6 Months+



Pay Rate: $24/hr. on W2 TO $27/hr. on W2



Shift: 1st Shift, Monday Friday

Position Overview:
The Customer Property Team is seeking a self-motivated Customer Property Administrator / Specialist to support compliance with customer and government property requirements. This position will support multiple programs and work closely with the central property organization, government and prime customers, auditing agencies, contract management, site leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, FAR, DFARS , and company/site property policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain customer and government property records and documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory verification, and property reconciliation .
• Support warehouse property management and property accountability activities.
• Investigate and resolve property discrepancies, data issues, and process gaps.
• Prepare accurate and timely property status reports, metrics, and management reports.
• Support property closeout activities .
• Coordinate with Contract Management to ensure property-related requirements are properly executed.
• Interface with customers, vendors, government representatives, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review data analytically to identify process disconnects, discrepancies, and potential system errors.
• Support compliance with EH&S and Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.
• Work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Support continuous improvement of property management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in customer property, government property, inventory, asset management, or property administration .
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace, defense, government contracting, or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience with Government Property Management .
• Experience with ERP/property management systems.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience supporting government or customer audits.
• Knowledge of Global Trade Compliance (GTC) and EH&S requirements.
