Welder

WelderMobile Track Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld components used in the production of heavy equipment while working from engineering drawings to produce high-quality products in a safe, team-focused environment.Specific Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on heavy equipment components and assemblies.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.Inspect weld quality and verify finished work meets specifications.Use basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Collaborate with teammates to meet production and quality goals.Assist with other production tasks as needed.What We're Looking For:Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Basic measuring and math skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.AWS certification is a plus but not required.We are willing to train candidates with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. (heavier lifting with assistance).Ability to safely operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
