Technical Services SpecialistResponsibilities:Performs compliance-based customer project functions such as device imaging and configuration for deployment of IT equipment – enterprise or endpointConfigures Windows based systems to customer specificationsAdopts the use of new software deployment toolsAdopts the use of quality-oriented processes to ensure all work is completed accurately and documentedDevelop and document work instructions for customer projectsParticipates in learning new technologies and career development opportunities as presentedStay abreast of the latest developments in IT Technology, including training for certifications and manufacturer partnershipsAdditional duties and/or projects as requiredExperience:2 or more years of experience as a computer specialistOral and written communication – provides clear, concise, and organized communications.Customer service – anticipates and meets needs of customers.
