Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems AnalystJob Duties:Conduct user acceptance testing to verify and ensure accurate delivery of the business needs. Collect data about customer needs. Estimate time or monetary resources needed to complete projects. Analyze project data to determine specifications or requirements. As a Business Systems Analyst an individual will be involved in Rational Unified Process (RUP) & Agile methodologies, Resource Planning and Project Scheduling, Scope and Risk management, Application development and support, Joint Application Development (JAD), and Rapid Application Development (RAD). A Business Systems Analyst will need to conduct requirements management, gap, impact and risk analysis, make UML, use cases, and ER diagrams, and perform Business Process Modeling. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for long and short term assignments at client sites.Work Location:Jobs located in Farmington Hills, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.Minimum Requirements:Education: Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or related. Will also accept 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Offered salary $95,000 P/Y.
