Business Analyst

Must have skills Business Systems Analyst Requirements gathering and documentation Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart) System integrations, data mapping, and APIs Preferred skills Experience with billing systems, or loss sensitive products Insurance industry experience (Guidewire or similar platforms a plus) Snaplogic Basic SQL or data analysis experience Detailed Job Description Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements Facilitate requirement workshops and working sessions Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization in alignment with Agile practices Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and support solution definition Create and maintain documentation including: Business requirements Process flows and data mappings Functional specifications Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment Support testing efforts, including validating requirements and assisting with defect triage Assist with training materials and documentation as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDigital Group
