Technical Business Analyst

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting daily business operations, documenting requirements, and performing functional quality assurance to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing business analysis with hands-on testing activities. Responsibilities Review daily data updates in Excel and identify new work items Create and manage tickets through completion Gather, document, and maintain business requirements Develop simple workflows and document business processes Perform functional testing to validate completed enhancements Review system updates and confirm requirements have been implemented correctly Document testing results and communicate defects or issues to the development team Qualifications 3+ years in a Technical Business Analyst role in the automotive industry is required Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Ability to write SQL queries for data lookups and validation Experience performing functional or user acceptance testing Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience using Jira Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a must 1+ year of Databricks environments for data validation is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
