Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition, develop strategic client relationships, and expand our IT services footprint across the US market. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end business development and new logo acquisition for IT consulting and technology services. Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, Procurement, and business stakeholders. Build and execute strategic account plans to generate new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify target accounts, industry trends, and potential clients. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies. Perform account mapping to identify key stakeholders and buying centers. Qualify opportunities, understand customer business challenges, and position Yochana's IT services accordingly. Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. Work closely with delivery, presales, recruiting, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales within the US market. Proven experience selling IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, Engineering Services, ERP, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Infrastructure, or Application Development services. Strong hunting experience with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients. Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing Automotive Retail FMCG Pharmaceuticals Strong account mapping and stakeholder management skills. Experience engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented professional with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
