DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities Mid/senior-level DevOps engineer support for the client's DevOps team. (On-site support for a government contract in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO.) Required Skills and Qualifications 6 - 10 years of experience. Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning critical infrastructure. Experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology. Experience working within the OpenStack cloud ecosystem to configure and deploy optimized infrastructure. Experience in monitoring and the health of resources deployed via Nagios or other enterprise management solutions. Experience in troubleshooting complex/automated configuration and deployment processes. Specific tool expertise: Linux tools/automation and shell scripting Python AWS OpenStack Management Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration CI/CD with Jenkins or GitLab Full-Time Employee Compensation Pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
