Do you enjoy customer service? Are you team-oriented? This critical role is part of the unique home office branch team dedicated to helping Edward Jones associates and their families achieve their long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. This valued partner will support a multi FA branch in delivering client service excellence using your unique experiences and background. Instead of working in an individual branch, this role works at our Headquarters location with 20 other peers in the office. We have a very collaborative environment as we work together onsite Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 PM.

The Client Service Specialist will support a growing, high-volume branch. The branch currently serves 6,300 households across 15,400 accounts with $2.1 billion in Assets Under Care.

The CSS enhances service capacity, improves client experience, and supports continued growth by providing coverage across all 10 Financial Advisors' books of business and 11 Client Service Specialists.

What Experience You Need:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications required.

  • Deliver exceptional client service while building strong relationships and partnering closely with Financial Advisors to support client needs.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through professional verbal and written interactions.

  • Apply critical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality client experience.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt confidently to changing client and business needs.

  • Quickly learn and apply new processes, systems, regulatory requirements, and industry knowledge.

  • Support business growth and operational excellence by contributing to new initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.

Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.
