As the Manager, you will support patient care, work closely with imaging professionals, and deliver an exceptional experience to every patient. Responsibilities Assist the Director in organizing, planning, coordinating, and directing daily operations across the Carlton Breast Health Center at both the hospital and Meredyth locations. Adheres to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines. Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization. Completes other duties as required and follows departmental policies and procedures. Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility through self‑education and ongoing programs. Demonstrates competency in providing care to patients based on age, sex, weight, and demonstrated needs. Attends staff meetings, mandatory in‑services, and competency evaluations on time. Wears protective clothing and equipment as appropriate. General Requirements Works in a well‑lit, air‑conditioned area with moderate noise levels. May be exposed to limited hazardous substances or body fluids or infectious organisms. May need to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. Travel up to 10%. May be scheduled as needed including overtime. Qualifications Education 2‑year/Associate Degree in Radiology or related field (Required) Or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a related field (Required) 4‑year/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (Preferred) Work Experience 2‑3 years supervisory experience in an office practice or clinical environment (Required) 2‑3 years experience with EMR reporting systems, payroll, and budget processes (Preferred) Licenses / Certifications Certified Mammography (M) — ARRT (Required) General Skills Organizational, communication, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, comprehension, transcription, basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, general clerical skills. Physical Requirements Near normal vision clarity, color discrimination. Good manual dexterity. Physical Demands Standing 34–66% of shift. Walking 34–66% of shift. Sitting 34–66% of shift.
