Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,125 per week (Hiring Immediately)

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Telemedicine/Step-Down Registered Nurse in the Telemetry (TELE) specialty, working at a short-term acute care facility. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care for adult patients, with a focus on cardiac and telemetry monitoring, in a hospital recognized for its magnet and teaching status, and designated as a Level I Trauma Center. Job Details: Certifications: ACLS and BLS required. Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license, 2 years of experience, telemetry/step-down experience, and knowledge of charting system EPIC. Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Responsibilities: Managing cardiac telemetry, administering blood products, and managing cardiac drips within scope. Required Experience: 2 years of relevant nursing experience, including telemetry/charting in EPIC, with a patient ratio of 4-5 patients per nurse. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a magnet or teaching hospital, Level I Trauma Center, and in managing cardiac devices and procedures. Float: Float rotation may be required. Submission Requirements: All candidates must submit required certifications and complete onboarding modules within specified deadlines. License Information: Pending license accepted; IL requires license in hand at time of submittal. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days of RTO; no RTO allowed during the first week of the assignment. Contract Duration: September 28, 2026 to December 28, 2026.
