About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Franchise Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading, strengthening, and scaling its franchise system. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving unit-level performance, enhancing franchisee profitability, and fostering a disciplined, accountable field organization. This leadership position demands a deep understanding of franchise economics, the ability to build trust with franchisees while maintaining high standards, and a proven track record in translating strategy into consistent execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing field operations, franchise business consultants, operational standards, and performance management across all franchised locations. Applicants for the VP of Franchise Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' multi-unit restaurant operations experience, with at least 5 years in franchise operations leadership. The role requires a leader who can drive same-store sales growth, improve unit-level EBITDA, and implement structured performance management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading field teams across multiple regions, a solid understanding of franchise agreements and dynamics, and the ability to balance relationship-building with operational discipline. A data-driven decision maker with strong financial acumen, the candidate should also have a proven track record of improving same-store sales and margin performance. Experience in PE-backed or growth-stage restaurant brands, as well as exposure to multi-brand or national franchises, is preferred.
