This Physical Therapist position is based in Milton, Florida, a welcoming riverside community in the Florida Panhandle. As a Physical Therapist here, you will work in a professional, collaborative environment with a dedicated support team that may include physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and front office staff. The clinic's focus is on personalized care, functional outcomes, and helping each patient return to their optimal level of activity, whether that is work, sport, or daily living.Typical responsibilities in this role include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing direct treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities as appropriate, and patient education. You will manage a predominantly orthopedic caseload that may include post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, spine disorders, work-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Depending on your background and interest, there may be opportunities to work with specialized programs such as sports performance, vestibular and balance, or work injury rehabilitation.A typical day involves independently managing a schedule of patients while collaborating with other clinicians to coordinate care and share best practices. Patient volumes are structured to support productivity while maintaining quality and patient-centered service. The clinic uses an electronic medical record system for documentation and outcomes tracking, supporting efficient workflow and data-driven decision-making. Schedules are usually based on daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with hours that support a healthy work-life balance, and occasional schedule adjustments based on patient needs and clinic operations.This role offers an opportunity to grow clinically within a large, reputable rehabilitation network known for education, mentorship, and opportunities to explore subspecialty interests.
