Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Starbucks recipes and quality standards Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, attentive conversation to build positive relationships Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health and safety regulations Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastry items, throughout each shift Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak and off-peak hours Educate customers on menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain accurate transaction records Required Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders #J-18808-Ljbffr
