Assistant Human Resource Manager

Role & Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operational roles Coordinate interviews, selection process, and offer rollout Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires Attendance & Payroll Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and overtime Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing Handle leave management and resolve attendance discrepancies Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and documentation Support audits and liaise with statutory authorities Industrial Relations Maintain healthy industrial relations at the warehouse Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage disciplinary actions Support in resolving disputes and maintaining harmonious work environment Employee Relations Maintain positive employee relations across warehouse workforce Drive employee engagement initiatives Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries Grievance Handling Address and resolve employee grievances effectively Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions Ensure proper documentation and timely closure HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR documentation Oversee general administration (facilities, housekeeping, vendor coordination) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Lead Hr Services
