Overview Join an innovative and compassionate healthcare organization as the Nurse Manager of Women’s Services. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, Obstetrics, and Women’s Services areas, including a LevelII Special Care Nursery. Mentor, evaluate, and support staff, fostering professional development and teamwork. Identify and improve workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient‑safety initiatives are met. Maintain staffing and operational efficiency while managing budgets and resource allocation. Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—physicians, clinicians, ancillary services, and administration—to enhance patient outcomes and service excellence. Lead strategic planning for the department, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Report directly to the Director of Women’s Services, aligning operational plans with organizational goals. Qualifications Prior nursing leadership experience preferred; experienced Charge Nurses are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics and women’s health, with a commitment to evidence‑based practice. Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational processes in a dynamic healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient‑focused mindset.
