We have the best software solutions for our market because we have the best people.Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead in all New Business Sales activity within the North American territory.Sales leadership is imperative to help motivate colleagues across the Sales team in delivering company targets and reaching key sales KPI'sJointly responsible for Customer acquisition, having the ability to engage with external stakeholders nurturing them through tenders of varying complexity.Take the lead in the Sales Cycle. Successfully and professionally presenting solutions which ultimately solve problems and generate revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve growth by meeting company and sales revenue targets through both individual contribution and support of colleagues.Under the guidance of the Commercial Manager oversee daily sales operationsWork with existing management team to ensure customer successHelp evaluate performance and productivityLead sales generation & growthNurture and build relationships with key accounts and other existing customersSupport the marketing team to organise and lead exhibitions to ensure successIdentify customer needs and requirements within the applicationOwnership of North American Sales PipelinePresenting & Articulating KCS solutions to a professional level including C-suite leadership teamSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceIn-depth knowledge & experience as a senior sales personPrevious sales and operational experience is essential.
