Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify visitor information, and direct individuals to the appropriate contact or location. Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner. Answer questions, document site activity, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Help to support a professional lobby presence by observing surroundings, reporting unusual activity, and following post instructions at the front desk. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
