As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a busy, fast-paced desk, sourcing talent, advising hiring managers, and matching great people to roles at every level of the organization. Job Description Our Recruiters execute recruiting strategies that build a diverse, top-tier pool of talent across the roles and business lines they support. You'll manage each search end to end, sourcing and qualifying candidates while keeping every opening moving using recruitment technology, networking, and proactive outreach. Just as important, you'll serve as a true advisor to your hiring managers, meeting with leaders across all levels to understand their business, define what success looks like for each role, and help them make confident hiring decisions. How You'll Spend Your Time Own a full-cycle desk, guiding searches from intake through offer across a range of roles. Source and qualify active and passive candidates using recruitment technology, networking, and proactive outreach. Tailor your approach to each search, bringing your own insight to candidates and hiring needs that aren't always one size fits all. Advise hiring managers as a strategic partner, meeting with leaders across all levels to understand their business and shape the right approach. Partner with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process to reach the right hire at the right time. Support your teammates and jump in wherever help is needed because we win as one team. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience direct hire recruiting in a corporate or agency environment or equivalent education and experience. In-depth knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques for professional and managerial level candidates In-depth knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques on a local and national level In-depth knowledge of behavioral interviewing skills and competency based selection In-depth knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA, etc.) and diversity and inclusion recruiting practices. Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills Excellent technical skills including knowledge of recruitment technology, Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices Ability to work independently to achieve goals Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office - 20 lbs BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
