Job Title: Hand Stacker 1st shift

1st Shift: 7am-3pm - $18
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm - $19
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am - $20
Position Summary:

The Hand Stacker is responsible for manually stacking finished tissue products onto pallets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are properly organized, counted, and prepared for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Hand stack packaged tissue products onto pallets according to company specifications
• Inspect products for visible defects or damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist machine operators as needed
• Wrap and label completed pallets for shipment

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production floor setting
• Repetitive hand movements and physical activity required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
