What You'll Do: Operate rod manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components. Prepare, assemble, and finish rod parts, including reel seats, handles, and guides. Ensure all products meet strict quality standards by following detailed specifications. Achieve daily production targets efficiently and accurately. Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed to meet team goals. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Physical ability to stand, move freely throughout the workday, and safely lift up to 30 lbs. A team-oriented attitude, with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
