Looking for Territory Sales Manager(s) role is based in Ohio, Texas etc. The right candidate is more important than the right location. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned region, including prospecting new accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and driving adoption of WallabyPhenox neurovascular devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing case support and training to physicians and clinical staff, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective inventory and account management. The role involves monitoring market trends, tracking sales performance, preparing territory reports, and participating in conferences or educational events as needed. The Territory Sales Manager will represent the company with professionalism, focusing on ethical sales practices and consistent customer support. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to convey clinical and technical information to diverse audiences. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including territory development, negotiation, and closing, along with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, reliability, and a commitment to long-term customer relationships. Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to educate physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders on device use and best practices. Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic territory planning. Relevant experience in medical devices, neurovascular, cardiovascular, or other healthcare-related fields is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comfort working in procedure rooms and hospitals, with knowledge of clinical workflows and compliance requirements.
