About Us
We are a busy eye care practice looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping with scheduling, registration, insurance, and general office tasks.
This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and update records
- Verify insurance, process payments, and assist with billing
- Maintain accurate patient files while following HIPAA guidelines
- Handle phone calls, faxes, and other administrative tasks
- Keep the front desk area clean and welcoming
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical setting
- Team player with a positive attitude
- We value experience but will train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform basic office tasks
- Occasional travel between practice locations (if needed)

Pay Range $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
