Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit operating under a team nursing model
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PCCs, LPNs, and a dedicated medication nurse to deliver safe, high-quality care
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend shifts as needed
• Float between like units as required to support staffing needs
• Adhere to facility compliance standards, documentation requirements, and patient care protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of assignment or valid Compact (NLC) license — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (strictly enforced)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Medical Surgical experience preferred
• Experience in a large hospital setting preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records preferred
