Are you a results-driven professional with technical expertise in industrial water treatment? C&S Chemicals is seeking an Account Manager in our industrial water treatment division to manage customer relationships, drive sales growth, and coordinate service delivery. The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving new business development, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored water treatment solutions while identifying opportunities for business growth within your territory. Your responsibilities will include:

Account Management & Customer Retention:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing technical expertise and responsive service.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service reports, and sales activities.

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling water treatment solutions, including those for cooling towers, boilers, and other various water treatment systems.

Technical Expertise & Service Coordination:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment systems.
  • Direct and coordinate service technicians to ensure timely, effective service delivery.
  • Perform water analysis, interpret data, and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and compliance.
  • Deliver on-site training to client staff on proper system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret water analysis data and recommend effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and service teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial water treatment, focusing on cooling towers, boilers, and related systems.
  • Proven track record in account management and sales growth within the industrial or chemical sectors.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory, including client site visits.
  • Work environments include industrial facilities, outdoor treatment sites, and office settings.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
