Shift Managers

The Shift Manager (SM) is an hourly position that serves to assist management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant.Focal points include:Driving excellence in customer serviceMaintaining company standards in product and facility specificationsReviewing food handling proceduresAssessing operational processesThe human resources responsibilities of a Shift Manager are limited to crew training and ongoing coaching and feedback for hourly employees. In addition, the Shift Manager may assume full responsibility for the opening and closing of the restaurant when management is unavailable. In these instances, the Shift Manager maintains administrative control of the restaurant but is not authorized to serve in a managerial capacity.Restaurant General ManagerMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferredComplete all internal certification programs1-2 years of restaurant management experienceStrong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitabilityAbility to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectivesEnglish Language PreferredMust have valid driver's license and reliable car for transportationTravel RequiredAssistant ManagerMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred1 year of experience working in the quick service restaurant industry in managementCompletion of all BKC certification programsDemonstrates English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehensionDemonstrates leadership skillsDemonstrates formal understanding of the quick service industry and the core customerRecognizes and solves routine problemsDevelops knowledge and skills in basic tasks, practices and procedures within own areaEnglish Language PreferredMust have valid driver's license and reliable car for transportationTravel Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
