We are currently hiring for an assistant manager to join our team!
*Quick Service, high volume restaurant management experience is required*
*This is a *working leaderr* position where you will lead by example in providing friendly and welcoming service to our guests!
Here is who we are looking for:
*This is a great job for a waitress or a shift leader in retail. You really must enjoy "wowing" our customers and interacting with guests!
*An individual with a positive, upbeat attitude
*Someone who focuses on quality, team and customers. That is, a leader who wants to serve only the best to our customers, creates a positive working environment for their team, and thrives on providing the best customer experiences.
*A results-driven leader who has restaurant experience in cost, inventory, and shift management.
*Someone who can lead their shifts independently who can lead, motivate and train employees, as well as maintain our brand standards (in keeping with a clean, organized and professional restaurant).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all front of the house restaurant activities during your shift
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage personnel
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
